Where does Melbourne Leadership Group deliver its services?
We are based in Melbourne and work primarily across Victoria, including regional locations like Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, and the western district. We also work with national organisations and have delivered programs for clients in Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane. Coaching and advisory services are delivered mostly online. Facilitation and workshop delivery is typically on-site at the client’s location or an agreed venue.

Can programs be tailored to our specific needs?
Yes. While we offer a range of established programs and services, everything we deliver is shaped around the specific needs of the organisation, the people involved, and the outcomes required.
How much does leadership development cost?
Leadership development is an investment that varies depending on the service, the scope, and the number of people involved. Individual coaching programs are priced as complete engagements, rather than by the session. Facilitated workshops and strategy days are priced as a fixed cost engagement. CEO Advisory is available on a monthly retainer basis.
Pricing reflects the seniority and experience brought to every engagement, and clients consistently find it compares favourably with the cost of poor leadership decisions or missed strategic opportunities. All pricing is available on request – contact us for a straightforward conversation about your requirements.
How long does a leadership development program take?
It varies by service. Individual coaching programs run for approximately six months. Psychometric and 360° Feedback assessments are completed within three to four weeks. Mastering Expertship is a 21-week program. Leadership training workshops are half-day sessions, delivered individually or as a series over several months. Facilitation engagements range from a single day to a multi-day retreat. CEO Advisory is an ongoing monthly retainer. We work to your timeline wherever possible.
What is the difference between leadership coaching and leadership training?
Leadership training delivers practical skills to a group – it is efficient, consistent, and builds shared capability across a cohort of leaders simultaneously. Leadership coaching is individual – it works with one person on their specific development priorities over several months. Training is a great foundational tool, whereas coaching is more personalised. Many organisations use both.
