HAMISH PARK

Director, Melbourne Leadership Group

​Hamish Park is a Melbourne-based executive adviser, leadership coach, trainer, facilitator and board director with over 20 years’ experience supporting leaders at every level - from premiers and ministers, to board members and senior executives across government and industry.

​

He spent more than a decade working inside the Victorian State Government, serving under three premiers in senior advisory and Chief of Staff roles. His work spanned some of the most complex, fast-moving and politically sensitive portfolios in the public sector.

​

Outside of government, Hamish has worked with some of Australia’s leading institutions, including EY, KPMG, National Australia Bank and Telstra, advising senior leaders and teams through change, uncertainty and strategy design.

​

Hamish brings a deep commitment to the health and community sectors. He is a founding member of Dine For A Cure, a brain cancer fundraising charity that has raised over $2 million for medical research, and has spent many years volunteering as a counsellor for families living with cancer. He currently serves as a board director at Monash Health, Victoria’s largest public health service.

​

He holds a master’s degree in management from Harvard University, where he focused on leadership and entrepreneurship, and bachelor degrees in commerce and arts from the University of Melbourne. He is also a Senior Fellow at Melbourne Law School.

​

Hamish is Melbourne’s only Harvard-qualified leadership coach, fully certified with the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership, and is also an accredited DISC practitioner.

​

Hamish's style is warm, professional and friendly. His specialities include leadership coaching, leadership team development, workshop facilitation, and professional development program design.

CAT DRYSDALE

Cat Drysdale is a highly experienced workshop facilitator, virtual collaboration designer and graphic facilitator.

 

Over the past decade, she has worked with a range of professional services firms to help teams think clearly, collaborate effectively and make progress on complex challenges.

​

Known for her eye for detail and distinctive visual approach, Cat uses live graphic scribing and visual modelling to help clients cut through complexity and make better decisions. She is also an active member of Graphic Recorders Australia, the national association for professional graphic facilitators.


Cat's calm and assured style helps teams to bring structure, clarity and creativity to conversations that matter.

LOUISE HILL

Louise Hill is an experienced executive leader who’s helped organisations navigate complex change and come out stronger.

 

Over her career, she’s led teams across HR, IT, communications, strategy, finance and legal, bringing a clear, calm approach to messy challenges.

 

She’s also a skilled facilitator and coach, working with leaders to lift performance and improve how teams work together. Louise has designed and led workshops across all levels of government, and she’s especially energised by group dynamics and leadership team development.


With a signature warm and encouraging style, Louise partners with leadership teams to create clarity, strengthen alignment, and lead with confidence through change.

Kate Baxter is a recognised expert in the global visual practitioner community, with a strong passion for digital mediums. She has worked at large conferences worldwide and played an integral role in workshop hubs at some of Australia’s leading firms.

 

With extensive experience running collaborative events across industries and scales, Kate combines her design background with visual storytelling, virtual environments and digital tools to create engaging and meaningful participant experiences.

 

Kate is known for weaving creativity and technology to help teams connect and collaborate deeply. 

 

Her vibrant visuals help organisations to bring ideas to life and make collaboration more impactful and enjoyable.

ANGELA RUTTER

Angela is a leadership facilitation specialist passionate about values-led engagement, civic leadership and driving social change.

 

She has worked closely with non-profit organisations, social enterprises, local councils and government departments to facilitate meaningful community engagement and leadership development.

 

With extensive experience as a facilitator and designer, Angela has co-designed and co-facilitated the Williamson Community Leadership program for Leadership Victoria. She also managed Climate Reality Australia, Al Gore’s climate change leadership initiative.

Angela brings her passion to organisations to inspire leaders and communities to create positive, lasting impact.

Brendan David is a facilitator, graphic recorder and musician with over 12 years’ experience helping organisations solve complex problems and develop new ways of working through collaborative design and facilitation.

 

Based in Melbourne, Brendan applies the MG Taylor methodology to bring creativity and innovation to his work.

 

He has partnered with Australia’s leading corporations, government departments, agencies and purpose-driven organisations to foster collaboration and fresh thinking, through facilitated workshops and program hubs.

Brendan works with teams to unlock creativity and design solutions that drive change. His playful insights are often the catalyst for impactful conversations.

Pete is a respected facilitator based in Melbourne with over 20 years’ experience helping transform public and private sector organisations.

 

As one of Australia’s most experienced practitioners of the MG Taylor methodology, he brings deep expertise to complex organisational challenges and individual leadership development.

 

Pete’s warm and humorous facilitation style has been appreciated by clients across a wide range of sectors. He is motivated by a genuine desire to foster innovation and positive change that benefits both organisations and the communities they serve.

ARRAN MCKENNA

Arran McKenna is a highly skilled knowledge worker and graphic recorder with deep expertise in collaborative thinking and visual design. Trained in the MG Taylor methodology, he draws on over 25 years of creative visual work and eight years of experience helping groups solve complex problems.

 

Based in Canberra, Arran has worked extensively with the Australian Public Service, including most major departments, as well as with the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation and the Australian Pacific Security College. He also partners with leading professional services firms including KPMG, PwC and Deloitte.

Arran's speedy and clear content capture helps teams to see through complexity and have purposeful conversations.

GLENN STEPHENSON

Glenn Stephenson is a graphic recorder, designer and facilitator known for bringing visual flair to the everyday. An experienced practitioner of the MG Taylor methodology, he plays a range of facilitation roles in workshops, supporting collaboration and creative thinking.

​

An accomplished artist and designer, Glenn is often found at the front of the room, capturing keynote talks, panel discussions and group dialogue in his distinctive graphic style. His visuals help make ideas tangible and create lasting impact.

​

Glenn also brings significant teaching experience at both secondary and tertiary levels, giving him a strong foundation in how adults learn and engage.
He works with clients to make complex conversations visible, memorable and meaningful.

Jo Richards is a storyteller, speaker coach, keynote writer, facilitator and actress who helps people show up and shine. With over 12 years’ experience in collaborative problem solving and facilitation, she brings energy, clarity and creativity to every room she walks into.

 

Professionally trained in Paris, Jo has a vivacious presence that lights up facilitated events and brings warmth and confidence to her one-on-one coaching.

 

Whether she’s supporting a TEDx speaker, bringing structure and spark to complex conversations, or helping someone find their voice at the front of the room, she does it with heart and humour.
