TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOPS
USING DISC
Understand what drives your colleagues and lift your team performance
High performing teams truly 'get' each other. DISC is a tool that helps you understand why your colleagues behave the way they do.

Our half-day DISC workshops have loads of practical techniques and insights that will help your team to communicate better and lift your impact.

WHAT IS DISC?
The DISC Leadership Assessment emerged from research at Harvard University, and is used by over a million people worldwide every year to improve teamwork, communication and leadership.

The online DISC questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to complete. Through a series of questions, your preferred leadership style and behavioural motivators are uncovered.
A 25 page report gives you unique insights that help you to hone your leadership and communication style for remarkable results.
When all members of your team complete a DISC Assessment, we can use those results to help you to understand your colleagues better and lift the collective leadership performance of the team.
