Step 1 - High Performing Teams Workshop
A one-day workshop where we examine the traits of a high performing team and work on specific steps and techniques to lift to that standard.

Step 2 - Individual coaching
Private, one-hour sessions with a leadership coach to keep team members accountable for their actions and to reinforce the outcomes of a group workshop.
