THREE KEY PHASES

 

Culture Assessment

Our approach begins by engaging with key stakeholders through a series of interviews to understand the unique values, behaviours, and cultural challenges present within your organisation. An employee survey is also often used at this step.


Culture Change Workshop

We then design a tailored workshop - either 1 or 2 days - that focuses on practical strategies to foster collaboration, enhance communication, and align your team around a shared vision. We are big believers in involving people in change that affects them - so many of your team will be involved.


Implementation Check-ins
Other the next three months, we participate in monthly check-in sessions to support and advise  your leaders as they implement cultural change initiatives - ensuring accountability, momentum and progress in lifting your workplace culture.

HOW IT WORKS

A focused program to rescue your organisation from underperformance

  • Who: we usually work with medium to large businesses, government agencies, or larger service-delivery for-profit organisations. This is not typically a service for very small businesses.

  • Duration: we usually work with clients over a period of 3-6 months.

  • Format: a mix of face-to-face and online meetings. We recommend that the Culture Change Workshop is face-to-face.

  • Group size: usually our time is spent with the CEO and the senior group of leaders.

  • Location: we work Australia-wide.
