PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT
Using the DISC Leadership Assessment to recruit or develop brilliant leaders
In a world of AI-generated applications, how do you truly know who you’re hiring? In a fast-paced digital workplace, how do you get your message across?

DISC Assessments are the most widely used leadership assessment in the world. They help organisations to select the right leaders, and they help leaders to communicate and lead more effectively.

WHAT IS DISC?
The DISC Leadership Assessment emerged from research at Harvard University, and is used by over a million people worldwide every year to improve teamwork, communication and leadership.

The online DISC questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to complete. Through a series of questions, your preferred leadership style and behavioural motivators are uncovered.
A 25 page report gives you unique insights that help you to hone your leadership style for remarkable results.
When all members of your team complete a DISC Assessment, we can use those results to help you to understand your colleagues better and lift the collective leadership performance of the team.

Many organisations also use DISC to recruit the right leaders.

DISC WORKSHOPS
Help your team to understand where each other is coming from - and to communicate smoothly

Our DISC Workshop brings together your team for a half day team building session, where you will each undertake a DISC Leadership Assessment and better understand your own, and your team's, leadership preferences.

Understanding how to identify different styles of leadership behaviour in your peers and employees will help you to be a more effective leader.
DISC FOR RECRUITMENT
Find the right person - not just the right résumé
When you’re recruiting for a critical role, the stakes are high. Résumés can be polished. Interviews can be rehearsed. And with AI now crafting much of the written material in job applications, it’s harder than ever to see the real person behind the paper.

That’s why we go deeper. Our DISC for Recruitment service helps you make confident, evidence-based hiring decisions by understanding not just what candidates say they can do, but how they actually behave.

Using the well-established DISC framework, we assess how your top candidates are likely to communicate, work under pressure, collaborate with others, and fit into your team culture.
