Our Leadership Development Program is about driving high performance.

Armed with evidence, self insight, and the advice of a leadership coach, participants quickly apply incremental improvements that deliver rapid improvements in their judgment, communication and decision making. The result? Confident, influential, high performing leaders.

He has spent his career advising, studying and working with leaders, from premiers to government ministers, corporate executives to board directors.

He brings a focused, friendly and practical approach to coaching.

1. Evidence

Building the Evidence Base - 360º Feedback Gathering

Participants choose a range of managers, peers, direct reports and external stakeholders to complete an online feedback survey about them. They receive honest, anonymous advice about what they do well and opportunities for improvement.

​

2. Motivation

Uncovering Motivations - Leadership Behaviours Insights Survey

Participants complete a DISC profile survey designed to uncover their hidden behavioural preferences at work. This helps to build a personalised picture of their unique leadership strengths and weaknesses.

 

3. Direction

Evaluating Directions - Leadership Profile Debrief

Participants debrief with leadership coach Hamish Park the results of their 360º Feedback and Insights Survey. Together with their coach, they identify clear, practical techniques that can be used to start lifting performance into peak mode.

4. Goals

Setting Goals - Leadership Development Plan

Participants receive our leadership development planner, a comprehensive template to help build a realistic plan to make them an even stronger leader - addressing their highest developmental needs and building on their inherent strengths.

 

5. Coaching 

Staying Accountable - One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Over the following weeks, participants have regular coaching sessions with leadership coach Hamish Park to provide personal support, guidance and accountability on the progress of their Leadership Development Plan.
